Do you urgently need a service technician on-site? Do you have an emergency?
If yes, please fill out the Malfunction Form . One of our technicians will contact you as soon as possible.
Depending on the urgency, you can choose from the following reaction times:
Procedure for an on-site assignment
- "PRIORITY - next 3 days" - execution of the order during normal office opening hours by the end of the next 3 working days at the latest after the fault has been reported (subject to availability of spare parts). The date is freely chosen by us depending on the tour schedule.
- "STANDARD - next 5 days" - execution of the order during normal office opening hours by the end of the next 5 working days at the latest after the fault has been reported (subject to availability of spare parts). The date is freely chosen by us depending on the tour schedule.
