On-site repairs

Do you urgently need a service technician on-site? Do you have an emergency?

If yes, please fill out the Malfunction Form . One of our technicians will contact you as soon as possible.
Depending on the urgency, you can choose from the following reaction times:
 

  • "ECONOMY- next 5 days" - Your order will be processed during regular office hours within the next 5 business days following the fault report (subject to spare parts availability). The date is freely chosen by us depending on the tour plan.

  • "STANDARD - next 3 days" - Your order will be processed during regular office hours within the next 3 working days following the fault report (subject to spare parts availability). The date is freely chosen by us depending on the tour plan.

  • "PRIORITY - next day" - Your order will be processed during regular office hours at the latest by the end of the next business day following the fault report (subject to spare parts availability) or by a date requested by you.

  • "EXPRESS - next 4 hours" - Your order will be processed within the next 4 hours + travel time (subject to spare parts availability).
