A special service for you!

The TeamViewer application enables you to connect directly to the computer of one of our specialists. Information can thus be transmitted back and forth in both directions. After starting TeamViewer and entering the session number you have received by phone, the screen content is transmitted.
 
 
                            
 
 
 
Details about our remote maintenance software
  • A connection is established via secure Internet servers (128-bit encryption).
  • To ensure a direct connection with your support technician, you will receive a transaction number by telephone before the session is established.
  • Once connected, the support technician's screen content or an empty screen is displayed.
  • The support technician will only be able to access your PC upon your explicit approval.
  • The support technician will request your explicit approval to cooperate and interact with you.
  • It is not possible to remove data from your PC unnoticed.
  • You can end a support session at any time.

Please note that this service is only available to you during our business hours following a prior arrangement with our support staff by phone. We do not assume liability for any disturbances, even if they occur close to the support provided. By establishing a connection via TeamViewer you accept these terms and conditions.
