IT Support (1st/2nd Level)

About Us

As an innovative service company, we support well‑known customers such as McDonald’s and Exlibris with high‑quality IT and digital‑signage solutions. Our goal is to ensure optimal operational readiness and provide our customers with first‑class service.


Your Responsibilities

  • Support our customers at the 1st and 2nd level in German, French and English, including analysing and resolving technical issues.
  • Assist with 3rd level support and collaborate closely with on‑site technicians.
  • Install, maintain and repair the devices we service, including digital‑signage hardware and media players.
  • Provide on‑site support when needed and prepare exhibitions, trade shows or demonstration devices.
  • Plan and implement further developments such as scripting and system optimisations in the field of digital signage.
  • Independently look after existing customers: accompany implementations, prepare quotes and invoices, carry out analyses and tests, create documentation and support technical projects.
  • Participate in the on‑call duty (including weekend assignments) to ensure the availability of our systems.
  • Provide telephone support for Exlibris, including remote access to POS systems, PCs and printers, and escalation to partners in complex cases.
  • Provide support for McDonald’s via our ticket system, by e-mail and phone, with remote access to displays, and escalation to partners when necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site assignments in cooperation with technicians, branches and franchisees.
  • Organise material orders and shipping.
  • Draft and send quotes and invoices.
  • Provide first-level support for internal staff.
  • Plan and coordinate refurbishments, closures and new openings at McDonald’s and Exlibris, liaising closely with architects, IT teams and franchisees.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in IT support, preferably in a service‑oriented environment or with clients in gastronomy and retail.
  • Confident demeanour, excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows systems, networks and peripherals; knowledge of digital signage, Linux or script programming is an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of German both spoken and written, as well as good English and French skills.
