Multimedia electronics technician EFZ

ESAG offers a varied and interesting 4-year apprenticeship as a multimedia electronics technician in

the environment of an aftersales service centre. During the four-year apprenticeship as a multimedia

electronics technician, you will deal with installations, support and service in the field of consumer

electronics and information technology (IT).

You can use your flair for precise work and your interest in consumer electronics every day and

expand your level of knowledge. You will pass through various departments and thus gain versatile

insights into exciting areas of activity. As a multimedia electronics technician with a focus on sales and

service, you will advise customers competently on all aspects of multimedia electronics. You will test

technical equipment, analyse faults and organise installations. You will carry out consulting, service

and maintenance work in the field of digital signage and system technology at the customer's

premises. For example, you help to assemble PC and network components and configure them. You

will also plan multimedia solutions in the workshop, make them available and carry out customer-

specific adjustments. Your other area of responsibility includes remote support for our customers.

The requirement profile:

- Secondary school A

- Good, expressive communication skills

- Good performance record in mathematics, German and English

- Pleasure in dealing with people

- Curiosity about technical challenges, solving them and communicating them to users

- Networked thinking and good comprehension skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Systematic way of working
