Your main tasks:

  • Receiving, recording, processing and resolving fault requests in 1st and 2nd level support in d/e/f
  • Analysing and rectifying faults in close cooperation with the manufacturers
  • Assisting with projects and supporting customers with implementations and IT infrastructure operations
  • If required, on-site support and support of on-site technicians in case of complex problems
  • Creating and maintaining documentation as well as instructions for support
  • Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through readiness, accessibility, response,
  • quality and competence (Service Level Agreement)
  • Ensuring service readiness during normal opening hours as well as on-call availability for contract customers
  • Supporting the IT manager in looking after the ESAG infrastructure


What you need to bring with you:

  • A completed technical apprenticeship or career changer with experience in the IT environment, preferably in 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Good expression in German, good knowledge of English desired and knowledge of French an advantage
  • Independent and service-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to help
