ICT Specialist EFZ

ESAG offers the new, versatile and interesting 3-year apprenticeship as an ICT specialist in the

environment of an aftersales service centre. As an ICT specialist, you will repair, maintain and install

IT systems. In addition to hardware and software installations, you will look after our customers and

acquire knowledge of standard applications and operating applications in ICT support, in order to be

able to act quickly and with high quality in the event of a support case. You will also support our users

in the use of ICT resources and be involved in the maintenance of ICT user terminals.

You can use your flair for precise work and your interest in computer peripherals on a daily basis.

The requirement profile:

- Secondary school B

- Good, expressive communication skills

- Good performance record in German and English

- Pleasure in dealing with people

- Curiosity about technical challenges, solving them and communicating them to users

- Networked thinking and good comprehension skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Systematic way of working

- Manual dexterity

- High level of concentration

- Patience and perseverance
